Super flapjacks
These gooey flapjacks are bursting with natural ingredients to make them really healthy but the honey adds a delicious sweet flavour. Be careful though, as they are extremely addictive!
Ingredients
4 overripe bananas
3tbsp honey
4 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
200g raisins
300g oats
Method
Makes about 16 flapjacks
Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Mash the bananas in a bowl.
Mix in all other ingredients.
Grease or line a baking dish and flatten the the mix out.
Bake for 30 to 40 mins until golden brown.
Leave to cool for 15 mins before cutting.
