Chocolate Orange Shortbread
As well as looking stunning, these shortbread taste incredible. They melt in the mouth with the dark chocolate making them incredibly decadent.

Ingredients
125g butter
75g caster sugar
150g plain flour
zest of one orange
100g melted dark chocolate
1. Put the butter and sugar in a bowl/mixer and beat.
2. Then add the flour and orange zest and mix until a dough is formed.
3. Roll out on a floured surface and cut out the shapes.
4. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
5. Chill the uncooked biscuits in the fridge for 20 mins.
6. Bake for 10 - 12 mins until golden.
7. Break up the chocolate and put it in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water.
8. Once melted, half dip the shortbread in it and place on a lined baking tray.
9. Cool for at least an hour.
