Super quick rocky road
Rocky road is one of those childhood favourites that never gets dull. I could quite happily eat an entire tray all by myself. This recipe is so so quick and can be left in the fridge for days (if it lasts that long...)!

Ingredients
120g butter
300g dark chocolate
3 tbsp golden syrup
200g digestive biscuits (crushed)
120g mini marshmallows
Method
1. Melt the butter, chocolate and syrup in a large pan.
2. Once melted, spoon out 1 cup of the mixture and set aside for later.
3. Add the crushed biscuits and marshmallows then combine.
4. Pour into a lined baking tray.
5. Then pour over the reserved melted chocolate.
6. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
