Easter nests
Quite possibly the easiest recipe to date - these Easter nests have just 4 ingredients, all of which you're likely to have in your cupboards anyway so there's really no excuse. Who even wants an excuse for chocolate anyway?
Ingredients
225g chocolate (I used dark)
25g unsalted butter
100g shredded wheat (4 of the big "pillows")
mini eggs to top
Method
1. Break up the chocolate into small pieces and put it in a glass bowl with the butter.
2. Set the bowl over a pan of simmering water then melt over a medium heat.
3. In another bowl, crumble up the shredded wheat then pour this into the melted chocolate.
4. Line a tray with baking paper and spoon on piles of the mixture.
5. Add a couple of mini eggs on top of each nest and leave in a cool place (not the fridge).
6. Enjoy
